What can I say, another project well done. I just went through freezer and inspected rack. Your team did a very excellent job in all aspects and above all it was completed safely. Except for the minor hiccups our side I would say this project went pretty smooth. I was able to thank a few of those your crew but please pass along to all how grateful Sysco Hawaii is. I was looking around for used pallet racks. I found Rafael first. I wasted a few weeks running around town looking at competition. Pacific Western had a great variety of new and used pallet racks. They have great quality used an amazing prices and brand new racks at fair pricing as well. He also gave me a great advise on the way to set it up. They are high-class business that is concerned with how much you were spending and how well your warehouse can be set up. From now on, I definitely would only go to them for any type of warehouse shelving, including the protectors for the bottom of the shelves to prect from forklifts. They also distrubte Weber grills. He has a good selection in stock.

I just wanted to send you a quick note to express my appreciation for your teams support. I arrived on island yesterday to get the MFC up and running with a very small team and was fully expecting the need to spend time to assemble pick carts for a few hours that we did not really have.
